Robin Vermaat

Robin is the founder and Managing Director of RV Consultancy, a Dutch-founded logistics and supply chain advisory boutique operating across the EMEA region. His career spans over two decades in logistics, freight forwarding, and commercial development, including a General Manager role at 5PL Logistics Solutions in Abu Dhabi, where he held full P&L responsibility for a 65,000 sqm multi-temperature warehousing facility. At FRWRDx, he brings deep operational experience to the First Build milestone, helping founders think through the practical realities of getting a product to market.
